Mix rice flour, wheat flour ,semolina and 1/2 tsp salt in a bowl. Using warm water knead a soft dough.
Roll each dough into circular disc with thickness less than 1 cm.
Steam them for 4 to 6 minute. Let it cool.
Heat oil And mustard seed, onion, add turmeric powder cumin powder, salt, lal mirch powder.add soya sos.
Now add steam fara. Fry 5 minutes. Serve with turmeric chutney and dhecha
